What is check-in and check-out times? Check in time begins at 3pm and is subject to change based on availability.

What is your cancellation policy? When bookin directly with the hotel: Cancellations prior to 72 hours will be done without penalty, cancellations within 72 hours is one (1) night room & tax. If a guest does not call to cancel a reservation and No Shows the entire stay, room & tax will be taken. If a reservation was not made directly through the hotel please contact booking agent for more details on cancellation policies.

How much is a taxi to the nearest food store: A cab fee runs $14.00 for 2 persons and $2.00 for each additional person.

Can I buy a day pass at the resort? Yes you can utilize the resorts ammenities for $20 per person.
